Twitter can be intimidating for many small government teams, but after a pandemic & multiple national crises, 2020 really became the year this platform came to the forefront in the battle of misinformation. After a year that forced us to stop or severely limit posting to not appear tone deaf, we found less actually meant more when it was better quality. We doubled our new follower growth from 2019 despite posting about 40% less, and engagement was up 60% despite providing less content. In this session, you’ll learn how to audit your content, find your audience and get back to crushing your Twitter goals to best be prepared in difficult times.
